KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB

  • Training and or qualifications required: Numerate, literate and practical.
  • Manual Handling
  • Health and Safety
  • COSHH
  • Fire Safety
  • Human Resources Policy and procedures.
  • Absence Management.
  • Level of experience required: 12 years in a busy Catering environment.
**Shift Patterns - 3 week rolling rota 3 over 7, including back shifts and weekend
