We are a family run business, with over 90 years motor trade experience. We are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team.

Head of Accounts and Admin

Salary

Hours of Work
8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday


HEAD OF ACCOUNTS AND ADMIN Responsibilities:

  • To run an already successful and dynamic accounts and admin team
  • Auditing sales deal files are completed
  • Needs to be good with spreadsheets and accurate with information
  • Produce monthly / annual accounts
  • Ensuring your team are raising BACS payments
  • Daily cashflow
  • Purchase invoicing
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Updating sales daily control sheets
  • Must be good with following and enforcing process
  • Plus all expected accountants roles

Key requirements for the role:


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
Up to £50,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
