Job description:

Salesforce Administrator:

A global professional services organisation are seeking a Salesforce Administrator as they continue to rollout their new Salesforce platform.

Working as part of a team of 10 Salesforce experts, you will be the EMEA point of contact for Salesforce, providing 1st line support, developing documentation, supporting data migration and assisting in upgrades/rollouts.

Core role responsibilities include:

Assist in the transferring of data into the Salesforce platform.
Create reports and dashboards as per user requests.
Understand regional requirements via liaising with the global support team.
Provide 1st line support to all Salesforce users across EMEA.
Deliver training to all new offices part of the global Salesforce rollout.

The successful applicant will be expected to have:

2+ years Salesforce experience.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite (Sales, Service or Marketing Clouds).
Experience of release management (ideally using Copado).
Salesforce certifications (highly desirable).

The role is fully remote and is paying up to £50k + benefits. Benefits include pension, healthcare, wellness allowance (£100/month) and a cost of living allowance (£50/month). Applicants who are looking for part time/flexible working will also be considered.
