2024 is continuing to provide sustainable growth within OCU Group. Due to this continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our team in Deeside.


The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to our Streetworks department, to help them secure granted permits and manage tasks for all relevant orders and to enable us to deliver a high standard of work.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Registering works upon completion.
  • Data input into our works management system.
  • Data inputting charges into excel.
  • Maintaining excel documents. Managing shared inbox amongst the team.

Skills and Experience:


  • Previous administration experience.
  • A good standard of IT skills including Microsoft office.
  • Strong team player but also able to work as an individual.
  • Ability to prioritise a varied workload and demonstrate good time management to comply with deadlines.
  • Able to work in a busy environment under pressure.
  • Possess a "can do" attitude and provide to support to other members of the team as required.
