Quiet Coffee is an independent, values based cafe in the heart of Charing Cross.

Conceived in 2020, with a desire to create a 'Quiet place' on the high street, the cafe has since developed to draw on a wide range of influences, held together by a continuing focus on service and quality, in a laid back environment.

Set against the backdrop of rapid change and instability, the initial focus of the venture on mental wellbeing can still be felt in the gentle atmosphere and homely touches in ambience and food.

We are seeking a reliable, hard working, and experienced supervisor to help implement operational processes and ensure the smooth running of the shop, as the cafe enters a stage of transformation.

Pay: £ £/ hr.

FT Mon

Sun (c. 40 hours but open to more / less)
Speciality coffee training.
Staff food and discounts.

Requirements:

One year + as supervisor or similar at a restaurant or 'grab and go' operator.
Must be able to work weekends.
Right to work in the UK.
Well organised, punctual, professional, and reliable.
Excellent levels of presentation and cleanliness.
Interest in and knowledge of food and coffee.
