About this role
This role can be based in our London or NYC office with a hybrid schedule where you will collaborate with your colleagues from home (Mondays Wednesdays Thursdays)This is an opportunity for someone who has experience in Customer Success Account Management or Technical Account Management . You should have strong leadership skills fluent English French , good communication organizational prioritization skills , customer service orientation etc The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience working with large complex software solutions managing technical teams as well as developing strategic plans to grow revenue expand market share etc.
