Description

Our Facilities Coordinators take care of our buildings, offering great service to residents, keeping those in our workspaces safe and happy.

They oversee the hard and soft services for each building, including service contracts and addressing general maintenance and improvements.

This role is based in Oxford, but working at sites county-wide at our hub spaces in Oxford, Abingdon, Wantage and Didcot.

You will be an effective collaborator, good at listening, understanding people's needs and responding positively. You will be good at working with competing demands and comfortable with high levels of autonomy.

Makespace Oxford is a small team of 13, with both part-time and full-time team members. We all work flexibly with a mixture of remote and buildings-based hours.
