Salary:
Up to £40,000


Are you a budding Sales Operations Associate with a passion to work at a growing business that is expanding globally? In this role you will work from within the Sales team to define requirements, identify opportunities and enable the business to maximize return from the Salesforce ecosystem.


We are a young technology led ecommerce fulfilment company, focused on helping online sellers grow their business by providing global fulfilment, we are VC funded and continue to grow at a rapid pace with the recent incorporation of several European subsidiaries and expansion to new sites in the UK.

You will be joining an energetic and dynamic team in our offices in Bristol.

We are looking for someone with lots of enthusiasm with a desire to learn and succeed, a focused mind and a "Can Do" attitude.


Key responsibilities for our Sales Operations Associate:

  • Developing all KPI dashboards which are critical to effectively measure the success of the overall business
  • Preparing weekly KPI dashboards for the SMT as well as preparing adhoc reports for management including necessary analysis for Board presentations
  • Preparing weekly marketing and sales reports which measure the effectives of all marketing and sales efforts e.g. sales metrics, win rates, sales cycle times, CPL, ACV, CAC, LTV
  • SalesForce administration. Supporting the tracking & monitoring of pipeline quality with the sales leaders ensuring accurate use of the sales pipeline, measuring the sales effectiveness of markets, individuals, verticals. The individual will be the key gotoperson for all Salesforce related matters
  • Ensuring data quality and taking ownership to ensure data quality
  • Tracking of Actual to KOAs Forecasted Revenue performance, and coordinating with KAM, sales where the actual performance is significantly below that stated in KOA
  • Supporting the sales and marketing function with various business analysis including developing business cases on large scale deals
  • Assisting with the administration of other platforms including Freshdesk, Vonage and Pardot

Requirements:


Role specific capabilities and skills for our Sales Operations Associate:

  • Experience in Salesforce Admin
  • 3+ years experience having used it in previous role.
  • Excellent financial acumen, analytical and excel skills
  • Confident with the use of data and able to analyse data to drive business decisions
  • Strong sense of business acumen with a passion to measure commercial impact
  • Passion for accuracy, with a strong logical mindset
  • Experienced in project management, administering a marketing automation platform
  • Strong project management skills

About us:

Martin Bysh (CEO) and Paul Dodd (CTO) found that the demands and struggles that came with picking, packing, and shipping their products was becoming impossible.

They considered outsourcing their fulfilment but could not find a company that allowed them to remain in the driving seat of their growing business.

Paul and Martin soon created Huboo's unique Hub Model.
