Our client, based in the Rostrevor area has a requirement for an Accounts Assistant to join their vibrant growing team on a full time, permanent basis.


Working with the external Company Accountant the position involves:

  • Preparing Sub-Contractor Invoices/timesheets
  • Filing monthly CIS Returns Working in direct contact with our external Company Accountant
  • Inputting purchase & sales invoices.
  • Bank/credit card reconciliations.
  • Preparing End of Month accounts.
  • Monthly supplier & debtors reports to Director.
  • VAT Preparation North & South.
  • Between 25 years' experience working in a similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills with a high level of competency in all Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with CIS, RCT and VAT returns

SAGE 50 experience essential.
