We work closely with a number of leading UK insurers and have facilities in place with specialist underwriters to cater for the lettings market, as well as specially designed products to meet the needs of property portfolios.


Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:


Duties will include:


  • Deal with incoming enquiries from clients and set up policies for new clients.
  • Manage client renewals, including renewal documentation and renewal quotations
  • General administration
  • Input data onto the office systems
  • Collate claims evidence from clients for forwarding to the insurer

Skills required**:


  • Communication skills able to communicate well face to face, via telephone and in writing
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Computer literate
  • Motivated to learn and develop
