Welcome to Mitie Group Ltd - Receptionist Position: Are you looking for a temporary receptionist role in Bristol, South West England? Look no further Mitie Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated and friendly receptionist to join our team at 1 Temple Back East, Temple Quay. If you are available from 15/04/2024 to 15/04/2024 and can work the shift from 13:30 to 17:30, then we want to hear from you

Your Role as a Receptionist:

As a receptionist at Mitie Group Ltd, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees.

Your main responsibilities will include answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and providing general administrative support to the office staff.

You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for everyone who enters our building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greeting visitors and ensuring they sign in and receive a visitor badge
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Providing administrative support to the office staff, including data entry and filing
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred, but not required. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and reliable.
