Lead generation is about gaining the interest of potential new customers in order to increase future sales for clients on a Cost Per Lead or Cost Per Acquisitionbasis.

We work with a portfolio of high profile clients including Ladbrokes Coral, Amazon Prime, Experian, Simply Cook and Ipsos.

Hours of Work following training:

A hybrid working model with set company office days. Whilst initial training takes place you will be office based.

  • Monday
  • WFH 9:00 AM 5:00 PM with flexible working


  • Tuesday

  • Office 9:00 AM 5:00 PM with flexible working


  • Wednesday

  • Office 9:00 AM 5:00 PM with flexible working


  • Thursday

  • Office 9:00 AM 5:00 PM with flexible working


  • Friday

  • WFH 9:00 AM 12:30 PM hours of work are fixed due to early finish

Key Duties of an Account Manager:

  • Understand the importance of compliant advertisements when dealing with high profile campaigns
  • Analysis of campaign performance and devising strategies to retain current revenue
  • Lead regular calls with your Affiliates to build verbal relationships
  • Representing Monetise at UK and global trade shows in Las Vegas, New York, Dubai, Barcelona, Berlin and Amsterdam
  • To enforce and comply with all company policies and procedures which are fundamental in maintaining effective performance, communication and good business reputation

Experience/Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in an Account Management role would be advantageous
  • Outstanding communications skills, both written and verbal
  • GCSE old Grade B in maths or higher (new Grade 6)
  • Proactive thinker and strong motivation to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment
  • High attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Experience in working towards tight deadlines
  • Innovative thinker to assist with company growth
  • Preferably one years' experience in a customer facing role, although not essential
  • Strong analytical focus and ability to review data
  • Microsoft Excel skills are required

Salary:
Basic £20k - £25k, OTE £27k - £32k DOE
