Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and manage endto end digital marketing campaigns, nurturing leads though the sales funnel, ensuring timeliness, effective budgeting, and alignment with their membership growth plans
Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate the creation of digital content
Optimizing marketing efforts ensuring that content resonates with the target audience and drives conversions
Manage paid and organic social media campaigns, through LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, monitoring ROI and KPIs
Testing and optimizing marketing tactics for lead nurturing processes and member acquisition, utilising marketing automations
Support continuous improvement of our membership acquisition strategy, working closely with their business development & operations analyst
Champion social media usage among the wider team to elevate visibility and engagement across various digital platforms
Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, where required to support member acquisition

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a senior marketing professional, with strong individual leadership and communications skills
Ability to manage internal relationships and expectation across various levels of experience and seniority
Experience in implementing and managing endtoend digital campaigns, to deliver ROI.
Indepth knowledge of paid LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and lead generation strategies
Dataled experience with proficiency in marketing analytics
Attention to detail and experience delivering operational excellence
Full time use of a vehicle and a full UK driving license
