Role:

As a Warehouse Team Leader, we are looking for a driven and organised
warehouse professional ready to step up and take ownership of efficiency and excellence in the warehouse.

This exciting role offers progression, and you'll work with a fun & friendly team.

Are you ready to take charge and ensure the smooth picking and packing operations flow?

Holiday:

Enjoy an impressive 46 days of annual leave, including bank holidays, as part of this exciting opportunity & work
four days a week during the school summer holidays.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving to shipping.
Maintain accurate inventory levels using SAP and Excel.
Champion safety protocols to foster a secure working environment.
Coordinate daily deliveries with DPD and Royal Mail.
Liaising with sales and marketing teams for stock management.
Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to forecast and organise temporary staffing solutions.
Lead and inspire a dedicated team of warehouse operatives.

What We're Looking For:

Highly organised with topnotch communication skills.
Warehouse experience is needed.
Forklift certification is advantageous but NOT essential; training will be provided.
