Are you an experienced Support Worker/ Care Assistant who is passionate to make a difference?

Experienced complex Healthcare assists sought to work in a family environment in Brixton for a male adult with Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy, Cardiomyopathy, Respiratory Failure and Dysphagia.

He requires assistance with suctioning, medication via a peg, assistance with a non-invasive ventilator, cough assist, physio and on occasion, peg care, and assistance with manual handling as needed.

Shifts are waking nights 7 days per week to join an established team.

You may be supporting with task such as administering prescribed medicines in accordance with advantage healthcare and NMC procedures, maintaining accurate records, clinical support with prescribed equipment for your client.

We are seeking experienced and passionate Support Workers/Care Assistants that have experience and understanding of the following:
Have a caring and compassionate attitude

Are attentive, organised and can manage their own workload

Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written

excellent relationship building skills

A passion for providing high quality individualised care
