Street Works Inspector - London Borough of Waltham Forest

- 6+ Month Ongoing Contract

Rate - Negotiable - Please send your CV with the rate of pay you require

Essentials:


  • Detailed knowledge of relevant legislation and its practical implementation; NRSWA 1991, LoPS, TMA 2004

Job Role:


  • As a Roads and Street Works Inspector you will be responsible for checking that the works carried out by contractors on the public highway meet the requirements of, but not exclusive to, the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 and Safety at Street Works and Road Works
  • Inspect Street Works activities throughout the borough, reporting on works in progress, overruns, defective apparatus, defective reinstatements and monitor sites throughout the guarantee period.
