Description

We are working on behalf of a mortgage brokerage in the City (London). They specialise in HNW customers with a well established private client proposition. Due to the company's growth plans they are now in need of a Mortgage Paraplanner.

Duties would include (but not limited to):

Speaking to lenders
Broker a case
Speaking to a clients
Writing up credit proposals to lenders
Handling some compliance
Being able to use a CRM
Being able to use a mortgage sourcing system
Having the ability to adapt to working with private clients
Diary Management

You'll need to have good experience as a high level mortgage administrator or as a mortgage paraplanner already. You'll also need to be a good communicator with a keen eye for detail and a dedicated professional.

CeMAP would be great but experience within the above mentioned roles is crucial.

This role will pay between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum. This is a great opportunity to join a well respected and growing brokerage.
