POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are adding to our highly skilled global recruitment team. We seek a Recruiter with the ability to recruit in Network Operations/Engineering/Support as well as other technical roles.

As a Corporate Recruiter with EOS IT Solutions, you will work closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to drive our hiring efforts forward.

The roles you will work on will not be limited to the sectors stated above.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Partner with our technical leaders and hiring teams to develop a deep understanding of current and future hiring needs
  • Align to fullcycle recruitment strategy including creating job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing and reference checks
  • Manage recruiting strategies to attain recruiting metrics
  • Drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation by identifying appropriate closing procedures
  • Manage all technical recruiting events from mixers, meetups, career fairs and other efforts

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:


  • 25 years inhouse recruitment or agency experience
  • 2+ years experience with Network Operations/Engineering/Support roles
  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills
  • Experience using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Analytics, Online Testing and Video Interviewing Platforms
  • Demonstrable track record of building strong relationships and achieving individual metrics
  • Ability to adapt and flex to the business needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills professional but friendly
  • Experience recruiting within AV, Network Ops and/or Global Logistic & Warehousing
  • Prior experience recruiting in countries across one or more of the following regions. EMEA, LATAM or APAC is desirable
