Description

A position has arisen for a Training Coordinator (9 Month Maternity Cover) who will be responsible for ensuring site compliance with all aspects for training, delivering against an agreed training plan via a range of different methods to suit the needs of the company and its people.

Main responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all training for the site under the guidance of HR Manager to ensure compliance on all aspects of training.

Provide hands on factory based training for new procedures, products and or equipment

Review, monitor and record all training accurately, including refreshers to ensure the site meets all audit requirements

Manage and maintain internal training databases and organise timely training as required.

Review, develop and conduct site inductions for new starters

Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.

Undertake any other duties or tasks assigned that may be required from time to time aiding in the operation of the business.

Work with Line Managers to ensure that they maintain a meaningful and vibrant

Training plan, using the tools available, and searching for improvements.

Provide basic face-to-face support on training where needed and signpost to

the appropriate specialist advisor or provider where necessary.

Deliver standard training packages devised or approved by Site, maintaining the benefits of standardisation across OSI UK Division.

Provide feedback and contribute to the controlled development of Training methods and content enhancing continuous improvement.

Support ongoing GDPR development and legislation.


Education and Work Experience
L & D Qualification or willing to work towards.

Train the Trainer or working towards

Microsoft Office.

High Level of accuracy

Excellent communicator

Core hours 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, Will need to be flexible to meet training needs of the business._


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 9 months


Salary:
£22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
