Based Crawley

Overview
Our client is now looking for an enthusiastic and organised IFA Administrator to join their team. You will be working for a Chartered, Independent IFA and joining a company with established processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the IFA Advisers
- Prepare client files and other documents
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client records
- Handle client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide advice and guidance to clients on financial matters
- Gather and process information for client meetings
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures
- Organise and coordinate meetings and events
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IFA Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with financial regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Education and Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience as an IFA Administrator or similar role
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
