    Description

    Are you a radiographer ready to lead research and data transformation in one of the UK's most advanced SABR services? Join GenesisCare UK as our SABR Analytics Lead Radiographer.

    The Role
    Based at London, Guildford, or Oxford (travel to all will be required and reimbursed), you will spearhead data capture, outcome reporting, and research across MR-guided adaptive radiotherapy. Reporting to the Head of Radiotherapy, you'll support service audits, publications, and stakeholder engagement, while remaining grounded in patient care.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead the transformation of data capture and reporting for MR-guided adaptive SABR pathways, ensuring quality governance, dose-tracking, and outcome transparency in line with IR(ME)R, GIRFT, and NRAG expectations.
    • Coordinate the capture of clinician-reported outcomes (CROMs), imaging endpoints, and CTCAE-graded toxicities to demonstrate treatment impact across novel indications.
    • Integrate electronic PROM/CROM systems into clinical and remote follow-up workflows, ensuring data completeness and clinical usability.
    • Work closely with the Clinical Reference Group (CRG), Radiotherapy, Physics and marketing teams to translate clinical data into outcome infographics, patient stories, and publications that support credentialling and strategic engagement.
    • Co-lead monthly adaptive SABR service audit meetings with action plan follow-through to ensure service alignment with evolving clinical, research, and commissioning standards.
    • Support engagement with insurers and external stakeholders by providing evidence of real-world outcomes in newer indications and pathways.
    • Maintain 20% clinical time (direct patient treatment time) to remain embedded in-service delivery and ensure insights are grounded in operational realities.

    What You'll Have:

    • HCPC registration and substantial radiotherapy experience (MR-guided/adaptive desirable).
    • Strong knowledge of outcome data, audit, and analytics.
    • Experience with regulatory standards (IR(ME)R, GCP) and research governance.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
    • Ability to work flexibly across sites, with a valid driving licence.
