Our successful Vehicle Workshop and Car Repair company based in Birmingham, West Midlands, are a family, friendly team who are passionate about cars on every level.

We are looking for trainees within our vehicle Prep and Detailing Departments.

You will be assigned to a skilled technician who will be responsible for your training on a day to day basis.


  • You will be working within a busy and vibrant environment working on a variety of vehicles.
  • You will be working on chips, smaller paint repairs, refurbishing Alloy wheels, scratches and dents.
  • Prepare vehicles to a high standard.
  • Preparing vehicles for paint this will include masking, sanding down and priming panels.
  • Ensuring that there are no defects on the prepared panels.
  • Carrying out repairs to restore vehicles to their original condition in line with approved methods.
  • Supporting the body shop team within other departments if required.


If you have a keen interest and enthusiasm for automotive vehicles and the automotive industry as a whole, then we would like to hear from you.


No experience is needed for this role; however we are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and work ethic with a willingness to learn.

Ideally you will have the ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as having the capability to follow instructions and work individually.

We are looking for someone who is willing to stay long term and progress within the business. You will learn from the best mentors who will teach you everything from scratch.

Salary is negotiable.
