Description

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join our thriving, well performing team as a Business Support Assistant.

With our advances in utilising technology and how we use these to deliver our services and enhance the customer experience, successful applicants will need to be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on their own initiative.

You will need to have excellent customer service skills focused on delivering a right first-time approach that delivers on performance and has the customer at the heart of everything you do.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to work within our Programme and Survey Team to deliver effective communication and comprehensive administration skills.

This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
