Due to expansion our client is looking to appoint a proactive and engaging Account Manager to manage client relationships here in the Uk and across the world.

This is a unique and interesting role that offers Client Account Managers / Relationship Managers,that truly care about the importance of building relationships and adding value to their organisation, the chance to make the role their own.

As the Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing the accounts alongside the Commercial Team ensuring that members are aware of all the opportunities available to them to engage and therefore get the most value out of their membership.

We would expect you to create communities and outreach programs which cover all aspects of membership engagement.

As the Account Manager you will be:

  • Proactively on-boarding new members coordinated meetings
  • Actively engage with members to ensure that clients are taking advantage of the wonderful benefits the organisation offers.
  • Ownership of account management and strategy planning alongside the Commercial team.
  • Contribution to member communications
  • Representing the organisation throughout various stakeholder engagement
  • Working with the internal and external teams

As the Account Manager you will have:

  • Great social media skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ideally Adobe Acrobat
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience in Managing clients
