Job Title -Service Desk Manager
Permanent -
£50,000 - £60,000 per year + Benefits
2-3 days per week in Epsom
Start Date - ASAP, Interviews this week
Overview:
I'm looking for an experienced Service Desk Manager, to come on-board ASAP to manager an onshore Service Desk, of 10-12 people.
Key Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate in an effective manner
- Providing technical support remotely and onsite
- Point of contact for technical escalations from the regional team
- Working in a modern ITILbased IT service organisation including incident, problem and change management
- Managing a complex, national multisite IT infrastructure
- Technical ability of Windows 710 (including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
- Technical ability of Cloud technologies such as AWS, Office365 and/OR Azure
- Technical ability of supporting major outages
- Technical ability of supporting printing, telephony, audio visual, specialist software and hardware support in 1st to 3rd line capacity
