Service Desk Manager
Permanent -
£50,000 - £60,000 per year + Benefits

2-3 days per week in Epsom

Start Date - ASAP, Interviews this week

Overview:


I'm looking for an experienced Service Desk Manager, to come on-board ASAP to manager an onshore Service Desk, of 10-12 people.

Customer service should be a top priority, the ability to showcase this and lead this function will be paramount


Key Skills:


  • Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate in an effective manner
  • Providing technical support remotely and onsite
  • Point of contact for technical escalations from the regional team
  • Working in a modern ITILbased IT service organisation including incident, problem and change management
  • Managing a complex, national multisite IT infrastructure
  • Technical ability of Windows 710 (including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
  • Technical ability of Cloud technologies such as AWS, Office365 and/OR Azure
  • Technical ability of supporting major outages
  • Technical ability of supporting printing, telephony, audio visual, specialist software and hardware support in 1st to 3rd line capacity
