A Private Credit fund has an fantastic
long term contract opportunity for a Fund Controller to join their growing business.

This is a
hybrid working environment

This £10Bn+ AUM alternative investment firm are looking for an experienced self managing fund controller to come onboard on an open ended contracting basis and pick up the reigns and take responsibility oversight and controlling of new and existing debt funds.

The fund finance work very closely with the operations and front office team so get great exposure to the business lines.


Key challenges in the role will be:

  • Putting together the month end finance packs
  • Prepare / oversight of drawdowns and distributions
  • Prepare quarterly investor reports
  • Statutory accounts in accordance to the LPA's
  • Monitoring daily liquidity and treasury aspects
  • Responding to investor queries
  • Reviewing fund mandates and investment legal documentation to ensure that funds are compliant
  • Supporting a finance change project

Criteria for consideration?
- _Must be a
Qualified Accountant_(ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CPA)_

  • Working knowledge of _
    debt/credit/private equity funds_
  • Inhouse fund accounting experience
  • Selfstarter and able to challenge the status quo

Salary:
£425-450pd via umbrella

Duration:
Open ended / could easily be 2-3 years or longer
