Overview:
Visual Elements are a long-established supplier of lighting, rigging and technical solutions, for live events, nationally and across Europe.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, determined and passionate individual to join our team in the role of bookkeeper at our HQ in Maidstone, Kent,

This would be an opportunity for the right person to become an integral part of a growing team.

The role would be based around at least 3 half days in the office with remote working for the rest of the period.

You will have good working knowledge and experience of Xero accounting software.

You will have experience of working within a small business, handling all aspects of bookkeeping and accountancy as a key member of a small team.

The role will include the entry of purchase invoices, sales invoices, journals and bank reconciliation. You will also take overall responsibility for credit control calls and correspondence.

You will process Payroll and VAT through Xero also and complete a month end routine and regular supplier payment runs.

You will be a "Qualified through experience" book keeper, AAT qualified, or Part Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant. You will be a fluent English speaker, with strong communication skills.
