Customer Care Assistant & Bounce Park Attendant


Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our seaside amusement arcade as Customer Care Assistants & Bounce Park Attendants. This multifaceted role involves providing excellent customer service, managing the bounce park attractions, and handling counter-related tasks.


Responsibilities:

Customer Care:


  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide information about arcade attractions.
  • Ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
2.


Bounce Park Operation:


  • Monitor and manage the safety of participants in the bounce park.
  • Enforce safety rules and guidelines to ensure a secure environment.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs.
3.


Counter Work:


  • Handle transactions at the counter, including ticket sales and redemption processes.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized counter area.

Team Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of arcade activities.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to address customer needs and operational challenges.

Requirements:
