Job Purpose Statement
Where you'll fit in & what our team goals are...

As part of the Digital & Sales Enablement team within Marketing, you will lead, support and construct the data delivery framework to which the presentations team can source and pull in required data for product presentations.

Working with internal and external stakeholders/parties to ensure data is delivered in a timely and readily available state to ensure product presentations are delivered to meet their SLA's.


Role Responsibilities

How you'll spend your time
:


  • Lead, and set up product data delivery into the Presentations team, via data workbooks.
  • Ensure data delivery is aligned with end presentation SLA's and in a final, approved state for delivery.
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders to agree and deliver data into the team.
  • Report on production progress to key stakeholders, monthly management information.
  • Escalate issues where appropriate but continue to own them through to resolution
  • Seek out opportunities for continuous improvement within the reporting process
  • Provide presentation support.

Key Capabilities

To be successful in this role you will have
:


  • Experience of Client reporting in or for an asset manager
  • Experience of asset management data sets
  • Performance, Characteristics, holdings, etc
  • Strong team working and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable organisational skills
  • Process driven and operationally focused
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • An understanding of Asset managers and Asset Management products.

Desired Capabilities

  • Experience of Seismic preferred and data automation
  • IMC/IAQ preferred
