Estates and Facilities Manager (West)

Hours:37 hours per week (Monday-Friday), 52 weeks per annum.

Salary:
£40,000 per annum

Where you'll work:

This is a multi-sited role, involving travel to all College sites but will be split based between our Tonbridge and Hadlow campuses.

Here at North Kent College, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estates & Facilities Manager to join our college as part of our wider Estates Team.

The Estates & Facilities Manager (West) will be dual sited looking after both our Hadlow andTonbridge campuses.

Reporting into the Head of Estates and working closely with the Deputy Chief Executive, the Estates & Facilities Manager (West) will be responsible for all matters relating to the College buildings and grounds, advising and making recommendations as appropriate.

They will liaise and assist with other College Managers with new building projects as necessary and monitor energy consumption, making recommendations for improvement in addition to attending site out of college hours in emergencies or incidence of burglaryetc.

In return, we'll give you 33 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, and you'll be enrolled onto the Local Government Pension Scheme which also includes life assurance.
