Main Duties:


1- Responsible for coordinating, responding to, and managing all placement requests from local authorities and for liaison with other placement and commissioning services.


2- Responsible for managing all current packages we have in place.

3- Maintain / develop relationships with existing and new Local Authorities.

4- Update and maintain all recording processes including spreadsheets.

5- Liaise with our provision managers/staff regarding care packages, progress of YP's in our care.

6- Weekly external advertisement of our service to LA's including and new news to be shared / promoted etc.

7- In control of stabilizing young people's placements when incidents are recurring.

8- Making decision regarding terminations / negotiating care packages with Local Authorities.

  • To undertake On Call duties
Placements experience is required.

Desirable

Qualification in Health and Social care, Social work, Marketing and care related.

From £13.00 per hour
