Bookkeeper - Liverpool, United Kingdom - Simpson Judge
Description
Simpson Judge are working with a leading construction business, with offices based in Merseyside This is a permanent position, for an experienced person who has the ambition to succeed and grow with the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Raising selfbilling invoices for subcontractors
- Dealing with all payment enquiries from subcontractors and suppliers
- Processing supplier invoices using AI scanning software
- Assisting preparation of CIS returns
- Helping preparation of VAT returns
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting setting up of online banking payments for director's authorisation
- Preparation of weekly and monthly payroll
- Assisting QS's and directors for information/explanations as required
- Processing customer valuations
Experience/Skills required:
- Experience in a similar Bookkeeping
- Ability to work solely with minimum supervision
- A personable, customer driven, people person
- Have a positive cando attitude
- Have a passion to go the extra mile to support client queries
