We provide mandatory training for all sectors within the Health Care Sector.

We currently have vacancies in the Northern Regions for Mobile Trainers to join our Compliance Training Division. Also London, South East Region, South West Region, Midlands.

This role would suit professional, friendly experienced trainers who are flexible to travel to our various training locations across the country and looking to work on a full or part time basis.

Training gained within the medical ,health and social care sector would be advantageous as all we require are individuals with the relevant training including PTLLS and train the trainer courses with First Aid training, Moving and Handling of People training.


THE ROLE


Deliver all mandatory clinical compliance training for new and existing clinical staff as directed by the Clinical Manager and Company including, Moving and Handling and Basic Life Support.

Conduct/deliver refresher and top up training sessions across the country as necessitated by the business.
Advise the company on any new material or equipment required to ensure training delivered is of a compliant standard.
Update all clinical training as instructed to ensure training delivered by the Company remains up to date and compliant.
Assist in the research, design and delivery of all mandatory clinical compliance training.

Assist in the preparation of documentation across the organisation for external mandatory audits by regulators such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Communication to team and management on development, timelines, and results of training projects
Work closely with the other team members to meet organisation's goals


THE CANDIDATE
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience

Relevant Training Qualifications including:

  • Teaching in the life long learning sector (PTLLS or 7303).
  • Train the trainer courses for for First Aid level 3+, Moving & handling of people within a clinical environment, Restraint Training for PMVA(GSA) is a bonus
Equipement & Training you must have and required for this position

  • BLS-Basic Life support trained with (
    AEDs &_
    Mannequins_
    must have)_


  • AED

  • Automated external defibrillator trained


  • M&H

  • Moving and handling trained (for people moving and not inanimate objects).
    ( Hoist must have )
Full or Part Time work available as a contractor.

Up to £70,000.00 per year
