An award winning production agency specialising in visual effects are on the search for a finance assistant

This is an ongoing temporary contract offering strong permanent potential to a a bright and determined junior finance assistant.


With productions in cinema and on streaming platforms like Netflix and Disney Plus this agency boasts of productions grossing over £90 million.

Now they're in need of someone like you

  • The Responsibilities
  • Finance Assistant _
  • Processing a volume of invoices in excess of 40+ a day
  • Setting up suppliers and reconciling supplier statements
  • Intercompany reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • General adhoc duties as required


  • The Person

  • Finance Assistant _
  • Adaptable to a fast paced, pressurised environment
  • Personable individual comfortable talking to nonfinancial staff
  • Dedicated with a cando attitude
  • Strong excel skills are beneficial
  • Experience in an accounts payable or admin role is essential
