This homely residential setting is situated in Kettering

As a Support Worker, you will be working with a team of dedicated professionals to provide support and care to children and young people who have experienced trauma, abuse, neglect, and other difficulties in their lives.

You'll be working on a 1 to 1 basis or 2 to 1 with these children, helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive and reach their full potential.

You will need full flexibility to adhere to the rotas of 2 to 3 shifts per week
