Are you a competent Finance professional with experience across Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger? Are you enticed by the opportunity to work within a well-established charitable organisation? Are you available immediately or on a short notice period?


My client is a well-known charitable organisation based in the London area, seeking an interim Part-Time Purchase Ledger Officer on a 6-month temporary basis, with a strong opportunity to go permanent.


The main responsibilities of the Interim Part-Time Purchase Ledger Officer are:

  • Identifying errors and inconsistencies in General Ledger data and preparing correct journals.
  • Processing invoices on a weekly basis roughly 100 per week.
  • Responsible for resolving bank statement queries and producing bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure highquality invoices are prepared efficiently and timetable all details as well as ensure VAT treatments are correct.
  • Previous experience in processing invoices on a weekly basis within a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable and Sales Ledger is desirable.
  • Excellent communication ability and strong excel skills.
  • Have 2+ years' experience in a similar endtoend focused role
