My client is a well-known charitable organisation based in the London area, seeking an interim Part-Time Purchase Ledger Officer on a 6-month temporary basis, with a strong opportunity to go permanent.
The main responsibilities of the Interim Part-Time Purchase Ledger Officer are:
- Identifying errors and inconsistencies in General Ledger data and preparing correct journals.
- Processing invoices on a weekly basis roughly 100 per week.
- Responsible for resolving bank statement queries and producing bank reconciliations.
- Ensure highquality invoices are prepared efficiently and timetable all details as well as ensure VAT treatments are correct.
- Previous experience in processing invoices on a weekly basis within a fastpaced environment.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and Sales Ledger is desirable.
- Excellent communication ability and strong excel skills.
- Have 2+ years' experience in a similar endtoend focused role
