About the Role


You'll also provide customer training on enhancements, while being knowledgeable and passionate about the Intelligent Golf product when training and supporting.

Responsibilities will involve working with a customer retention plan, dealing with customer implementationsand generally training customers on the use of the system.


Considering that the Intelligent Golf product is endorsed and used by many of the top Golf Clubs throughout the UK.

This role will support a vast product that delivers a diverse membership solution used by sports, sailing/yachting and other types of sportsclubs too.


About You


You must be very comfortable with computers and websites while being a good listener with customer service and rapport building skills.

You'll have the abilty to work under pressure, have an excellent telephone manner with a good aptitude for problem solvingand responding with satisfactory resolutions.

So, it's important you have very clear, professional, and accurate written communication skills.

With an interest and knowledge surrounding golf coupled with experience of handling a volume of support calls.

You'll have the ability to learn and quickly grasp the Intelligent Golf product to put to use any customer service skills to include customer supportticket logging associated actions and related resolution communication.


Ultimately, you'll be someone who is friendly, flexible, enthusiastic, and able to fit in with our small but efficient team, and able to embrace the culture of a hardworking internet start-up company while being a person that is not hung up on job descriptionsand instead adopts the want to get the job done mindset.
