Job Purpose:


A core member of the Data Science and Analytics team, this role's goal is to maximize client data quality, and the effectiveness and performance of the global dealer commercial performance, within Salesforce Sales Cloud.


Key areas of focus will include:

  • Leading Aston Martin's charge to achieve best in class customer data quality
  • Defining and enforcing global region and dealer CRM standards
  • Providing regular reporting on regional and dealer CRM performance
  • Point of contact and support for regional CRM managers on dealer performance topics

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge to achieve best in class customer data quality by implementing data quality initiatives, managing the Client Data Squad, and regularly monitoring data quality metrics
  • Define and enforce global region and dealer standards to ensure consistency and efficiency in all sales and marketing CRM performance operations.
  • Provide regular reporting on regional and dealer CRM performance to key stakeholders, including analysis of key metrics and identification of areas for improvement.
  • Act as the point of contact and provide support to regional CRM managers on customer data and funnel performance topics, including training and guidance on best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Data Science and Analytics team to develop and implement strategies to improve dealer performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements in CRM technology to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales, marketing and IT to ensure dealer performance strategies align with overall business objectives.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on CRM operations
  • Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including administration, data management, and reporting.
  • Experience leading data quality initiatives and implementing data governance policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the Automotive industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices and relevant laws and regulations related to data governance, data privacy and data security
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, business or related field
