Our client is a well-respected and established company supplying luxury products to wholesale and retail outlets.


The duties for the Senior Sales Administrator/Office Supervisor position are varied and wide ranging and will include; dealing with customer queries, processing orders and quotes, organising deliveries, entering information on the company database, raisinginvoices as well as supporting the Sales Managers etc.

There will be lots of telephone liaison with our customers. You may also take part in trade shows/exhibitions throughout the year.

Other duties include stock inspection, quality control, stock control, logistics, import/export.

Working with the office manager and dealing with other varied office admin duties when required, such as recording of hours/sickness etc.

A very varied rolerequiring a range of skills and encompassing a variety of different duties.

  • Commonsense, practical with very strong attention to detail
  • Experience in sales admin/stock control/office administration
  • Good keyboard skills
  • Knowledge of Pegasus Opera (Accounting software) an advantage but training will be given
  • Experience of working within a sales environment
  • Good telephone manner and well presented
  • Flexible & conscientious working attitude
  • Quick to learn, easy going with good sense of humour
  • Ability to work on own initiative

Other Info:
Salary circa £28k

  • Office hours 9am 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch Monday to Friday
  • Some flexibility is required due to demands of workload. Some weekend work may be required from time to time when we exhibit at trade fairs
  • Holiday 20 days per year (3 days of which are to be taken over the Christmas period as the Company closes from Christmas Eve until the New Year).
