Join Our Team as a Bookkeeper/Administrator Salary:
£15 per hour - 20 Hours Per Week - Hybrid Working
Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently manage invoice input and processing, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Implement effective credit control procedures to ensure prompt client payments, maintaining positive client relationships.
- Manage debtors to optimise cash flow and reduce outstanding payments, utilising proactive communication strategies.
- Generate detailed cash flow and profit and loss reports to provide valuable insights for financial decisionmaking.
- Input and verify driver wages for accuracy, and answering any queries.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or similar roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in XERO accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to utilise advanced features for efficient data analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy, maintaining high standards of quality and precision.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively, managing workload efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Additional Perks:
- This is a hybrid role, primarily working from home with the flexibility to choose at least one day or more per week for onsite work, depending on personal preference and job requirements. Our office is based in Harrow, London. HA5 5AF.
