£26,250 p.a. plus an annual performance-based bonus and additional benefits
Swanstaff are currently looking to recruit a Key Account Administrator for our client - an independent, international leader in consumer electronic devices based in the Waltham Abbey area.
- Monday to Friday
The role involves working in an office environment, reporting to the Sales and Purchasing Supervisor.
We are looking for a confident and experienced sales account administrator to provide an exceptional level of customer support for our key customer account(s).
The Role:
- Process orders
- Manage and maintain stock levels
- Raise purchase orders
- Liaise with customers and suppliers, providing pricing and stock availability
- Produce weekly/monthly reports
Requirements:
- Superb customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers, developing an understanding of the account(s), and industry
- Be able to provide solutions to customers and identify opportunities
- Can work on own initiative, selfmotivated and able to adapt to an everchanging industry
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
- Attention to detail, accurate data entry skills
- Work well as part of a team and independently
- Experience in sales and account management preferred, but not essential
