Salary:
£26,250 p.a. plus an annual performance-based bonus and additional benefits


Swanstaff are currently looking to recruit a Key Account Administrator for our client - an independent, international leader in consumer electronic devices based in the Waltham Abbey area.

This role is a full-time permanent position, working business hours
  • Monday to Friday
9:00am - 5:30pm, (37.5 hours a week).

The role involves working in an office environment, reporting to the Sales and Purchasing Supervisor.

We are looking for a confident and experienced sales account administrator to provide an exceptional level of customer support for our key customer account(s).


The Role:

  • Process orders
  • Manage and maintain stock levels
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers, providing pricing and stock availability
  • Produce weekly/monthly reports

Requirements:


  • Superb customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers, developing an understanding of the account(s), and industry
  • Be able to provide solutions to customers and identify opportunities
  • Can work on own initiative, selfmotivated and able to adapt to an everchanging industry
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
  • Attention to detail, accurate data entry skills
  • Work well as part of a team and independently
  • Experience in sales and account management preferred, but not essential
