Here at
Impact Recruitment, we are hiring
Machine Operators for one of our clients based in
Northampton.

They are ideally looking for individuals with either
Machine Operating or
Production experience that they can train up on their plastic manufacturing machines.

This is a straight
PERMANENT position.


Due to the nature of the work there is no smoking during working hours.

Salary:
£ £12.50


Hours: 6am - 1pm & 1pm - 8pm (Weekly Rotating)


Location:
Northampton


Responsibilities:


  • Placing materials onto the machinery
  • Checking machines are working correctly
  • Operating and setting machines
  • Ensuring that production targets are achieved
  • Assisting on the machinery as well as supporting other departments
  • Carrying out quality checks

Requirements:


  • Some form of previous production or machine operating experience
  • Flexible and willing to learn
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Flexibility to work on a rotational shift pattern
  • Happy with lifting

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£11.80-£13.50 per hour
