We are looking for an Operations Manager within the Supply Chain function, where you will be managing 3rd party vendors on behalf of the business, ensuring that they are hitting relevant KPIs, with a focus on cost and service.

You will be working closelywith the Vendors to ensure operational improvements, with a focus on driving better outcomes and a more efficient service for the customer.

You will work with the Vendors and internal team to drive a continuous improvement programme, identifying and eradicating any issues that affect the customer negatively.

The ideal person for the Operations Manager (3rd party Vendors) will:

Work in London 2 days per week
Be highly analytical able to analyse & interpret large/ complex data sets to make key business decisions
Be confident working with an agile business/ role with a focus on project and change management
Have excellent negotiation skills with experience working directly with 3rd party vendors to deliver against service and cost targets
Ideally have knowledge of SQL and API integrations
Ideally be degree educated

What's on offer

Salary:
£55,000 - £60,000 (negotiable)
