The Role:
Early Career Recruiter (Graduate/Intern Hiring) - contract/fixed term to end of 2023
The Team:
Working across the Market Intelligence, S&P Dow Jones Indices and Strategic Alliances divisions, the Early Careers team is responsible for the attraction and hiring of diverse interns and graduates, building a pipeline of exceptional talent for the company.
In preparation for and during our internship and graduate programs, you will also have responsibility for the logístical elements, ensuring we are able to deliver a consistent and engaging development experience.
Outside of your focus on EMEA specifically, you will also be involved in supporting our global Early Careers team to drive forward our exciting initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Run end to end recruitment for your portfolio, and deliver a first class recruitment service to hiring managers for EMEA-based (mainly UK) graduate and intern roles
Build partnerships with key universities and other relevant organisations to market opportunities and hire a diverse pool of talent
Assist in the planning and logistics for, and attend, events on-campus to build the S&P Global brand with student populations
Run initial phone/video qualification calls with applicants
Organise and schedule interviews, including panel interviews, one to one, assessments, etc.
What We're Looking For:
6-12 months experience in any recruitment role
Well organized, with an ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple relationships
Strong communication skills in order to build relationships with hiring managers and external partners
Willingness to take the initiative in order to achieve team goals
