Orwell Housing Association are looking for a new Registered Manager to join our extra care service, Levington Court in Lowestoft We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager who is confident in the knowledge that they can lead a team to bring about effective and long-lasting change Care to join us?


The Role:

As part of the role, you will

• Be the Registered Manager for CQC.
• Ensure compliance with best practice, legislation, Orwell policies, Safeguarding frameworks and CQC regulations.
• Monitor the commercial performance of the service and ensure the service operatives effectively within agreed budgetary parameters.
• Ensure the highest quality personcentered care is delivered and ensure the care team receive specified training to delivery and safely and effectively.
• Ensure that all statutory safeguarding regulations are adhered to.
• Oversee the recruitment and retention of staff at the service.
