Customer Service Advisor for Children's Sports Coaching Company | Super Star Sport

About us:


Established in 2012, Super Star Sport currently deliver sessions to over 20,000 children per week in many nurseries, primary schools and children centres across the country.

We also deliver our very own out of term camps, youth football teams and sports birthday parties.
Our growth over the last year has created the opportunity for a new customer service apprentice to join our team in Uxbridge


About you:

Are you an energetic, outgoing, and friendly person who loves working with others? Do you enjoy talking on the phone and providing excellent customer service? If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Customer Service Staff Member


Supported by our operations department, as a customer service staff member, you will be responsible for answering the phones in our office between the hours of 09:30am and 04:30pm providing support to families who are interested in booking sports coaching sessions for their children.

You will also be responsible for supporting our internal coaching staff with day-to-day issues and concerns that may arise.


Responsibilities:


  • Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to families who are interested in booking sessions for their children
  • Providing up to date and accurate information to help families find the most suitable service for them.
  • Creating customer accounts and managing our online booking platform and providing assistance if any problems arise with any of our online systems.
  • Assisting our internal coaching staff with daytoday issues and concerns
  • Following up with outstanding balances on customer accounts
  • Helping to resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Creating and maintaining good relationships with clients
  • Helping create and update marketing materials
  • Organise timings, session plans and equipment for coaches to ensure they have everything they need to deliver each session
  • Keep equipment and uniform inventories updated

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. With the ability to learn new software programs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
