Research Manager

Location - Hessle, Hull

Hybrid working.

Salary £35,000 Dependant on experience
Are you an experienced researcher looking to work for rapidly growing digital service agency? Or a research manager looking for your next opportunity?


Principal IT are pleased to be working with a modern, forward thinking digital solutions business based in Hull to bring you the role of Research Manager.


The company consists of a team of Psychologists and researchers who collectively use their expertise to offer a range of consultancy and applied research services.

The team has experience across a range of industries including oil & gas, offshore wind, localgovernment, and emergency services.

With a focus particularly on risk management, occupational stress, and fatigue in the workplace and how organisations should tackle these challenges.


About you

  • You must be able to work as a team.
  • It is essential for this role you are a very organised individual.
  • Experience leading the delivery of applied research and consultancy projects.
- (Knowledge of public sector projects desirable)._

  • Can develop and manage relationships with senior organisational stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:


  • Contributing to the planning and management of research projects.
  • Contribution to commercial and research projects.
  • Preparing, analysing and interpreting data.
  • Presenting information on project progress and outcomes to internal and external groups.
  • Client liaison
  • Working positively with colleagues in the research team and other partners
  • Forming relationships with internal and external contacts for future collaboration.
