An exciting opportunity has arisen for a successful and motivated Sales Executive / Customer Consultant with experience of working either within car sales or any other related industry to work in our vibrant dealership.

Role Info:

Automotive Sales Executive / Customer Consultant - Calling Sales, Retail, Hospitality

York Mazda

£40,000 OTE Uncapped
Working a 5 day week - 6pm latest finish time.
Dealership closed on a Sunday
Plus Pension Scheme + Manufacturer Training

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

Effectively manage the customer through the entire purchase process of new and used cars; from enquiry to delivery and beyond to deliver a great customer experience throughout, delighting them at every opportunity.

About you:

You'll be motivated, enthusiastic, helpful with a can-do attitude
Committed to delivering an exceptional level of customer service
You'll be well presented with the resilience and drive to succeed
The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers face to face and over the telephone is essential
You'll be computer literate
A full driving licence is essential
