Position:
Head of Procurement
We're looking for a Head of Procurement to set up, improve and manage the buying strategy of goods from F&B suppliers.
You will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating the purchase strategy, sourcing, negotiating and building relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and implementation and maintenance of technology for efficient stock management.

You will be working across 2 projects in high-quality catering services:
Odyssey Dining- Luxury in-flight dining experiences curated by Michelin-starred chefs

- Event catering by acclaimed chefs and indemand restaurant brands
In the next 6 months you will:
- Gain and maintain good knowledge of the market including fair rates for goods.
- Create and implement best practice purchasing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance.
- Improve margins by building relationships with suppliers and negotiate the lowest wholesale prices possible.
- Source products and suppliers for menu's curated by chefs.
- Implement and guard smooth processes and technology for sourcing, ordering and stock management of products and packaging.
- Implement buying strategy and timing of shelf life to prevent waste.
- Manage service agreements, conditions and contracts with suppliers.
- Oversee company purchase budget and streamline costs.
You'd be a great fit if you:
- Have 5 years of experience in procurement in the F&B industry
- Know how to set up and manage complex processes to ensure smooth operation
- Are assertive with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Have strong management skills and problemsolving abilities
- Have experience with stock management technology and analytics
- Are resultsoriented with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
- Have experience in managing budgets
- Thrive in a fastpaced environment and startup culture

Offering bespoke food trucks, pop-up restaurants, catering to private and corporate events and tasting experiences.Pay:
£35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
