About the role:


Your role will be:

  • To work alongside teachers within the classroom to supports students with their learning, encouraging pupils to interact with others in the classroom and engage in activities led by the teacher.
  • To take a lead role in developing and maintaining resources to assist in teaching.
  • To monitor progress of named students and provide feedback.
  • To contribute to the planning of teaching and learning for whole classes and/or individual students on a short, medium and longterm basis.
  • To prepare, develop, maintain and deploy appropriate learning aids, materials and equipment, including ICT, to assist in teaching.

The working pattern will be Monday

  • Friday 8:45 3:15 plus a requirement to attend weekly staff meetings.
